Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you pay for BanqMaster Pro. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
1. Free trial - no charge
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment is taken and no card details are collected during the trial. There is nothing to refund for the trial period.
2. Refunds within 30 days of payment
If you pay for a yearly subscription and decide to stop using the Service within 30 calendar days of payment, you may request a pro-rata refund. The refund amount is calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
3. After 30 days - no refund, access continues
After 30 days from the date of payment, refunds are not available. Your subscription access will continue until the end of the paid period regardless of whether you actively use the Service.
4. Duplicate payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same subscription period, the duplicate amount will be refunded to you in full. Contact us as soon as you notice and we will process it promptly.

Please include your hall name, registered phone number and the payment reference. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI ID or bank account). We may ask for confirmation details before processing.
6. Suspension for policy violation
If your account is suspended due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
