Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

BanqMaster Pro is a web-based software platform that lets hall owners and their staff manage bookings, produce GST quotations and receipts, track payments and dues, manage rooms and check-in, maintain a muhurat calendar, and run other day-to-day operations of a banquet venue. The Service is provided on a subscription basis (Software as a Service, SaaS) and is accessed via a web browser.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit any data that is illegal under Indian law, to attempt to reverse-engineer the software, to resell access without our written consent, or to use the Service in a way that disrupts other customers.

2.4 The Service is intended for legitimate business use in managing a venue. Using it to mislead customers, generate fraudulent receipts, or evade tax obligations is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Subscription and renewal

3.1 Free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro-tier access. No payment details are collected during the trial.

3.2 Paid subscription. After the trial, continued access requires a yearly subscription paid in advance. Prices are published at banqmaster.in/pricing.

3.3 Manual collection. Subscriptions are currently collected manually by UPI or bank transfer. We do not auto-debit your account. We will notify you when your subscription is approaching renewal.

3.4 Grace period. If a paid subscription expires, we provide a 7-day grace period during which the account remains accessible. After the grace period the account is locked. Your data is not deleted during this time.

3.5 Trial expiry. Accounts whose trial expires without payment are locked immediately after the trial ends (no grace period applies to free trials).

3.6 We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Data ownership

4.1 You own all data you and your staff enter into BanqMaster Pro, including booking records, customer information, financial records and documents.

4.2 You may request a full data export at any time by contacting siddhantcharjan@gmail.com. Exports are provided within 7 working days at no charge.

4.3 You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Uptime and service levels

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues or events outside our control. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practical. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of bookings, or loss of data.

7. Termination

7.1 You may stop using the Service at any time. Refund rights are described in our Refund Policy.

7.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay after the grace period, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service is fraudulent or harmful.

7.3 On termination, your data will be retained for 90 days during which you may request an export. After 90 days the data will be permanently deleted.

8. Intellectual property

BanqMaster Pro software, design, brand marks and documentation are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written consent.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
